Heavy-duty (HD) spacers

• HD spacers are available for buffing rasps of type AP, REG and NS in the following widths: 1/4'' (6.10 mm), 3/8'' (9.53 mm) and 3/16" (4.76 mm)

• Quick repair of slightly injured envelopes already fitted on tyres to be cured
• Just apply the gum, allow to dry for a short time, then put the tyre with the envelope on it in the autoclave
• Removing the envelope from the tyre is not necessary, as the repair area is cured within the retreading cycle

• Repair patches for repairing both minor and larger injuries or for replacing damaged valves
• EASY REPAIR GUM is used for the application of these patches, providing a durable bond to the envelope/inner liner
• Vulcanization takes place in a REMA TIP TOP Thermopress machine or in the autoclave
