I established the Rema Tip Top Kalgoorlie branch in January 2022 and have been proud to support the region with reliable, high-quality service ever since.
With over 32 years of experience in the industry, I bring extensive knowledge in rubber lining, belt splicing, and conveyor maintenance. I also hold a Certificate IV in Polymer Technology, which underpins both my technical expertise and practical, hands-on approach.
I have strong knowledge across a wide range of conveyor components, including rollers, belts, and scrapers, as well as the products that support our industry, both those manufactured by Rema Tip Top and those sourced externally to meet client needs.
My career has progressed from technician to supervisor and now branch manager, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both site operations and leadership. Having spent many years working in mining, I understand the importance of delivering safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes in demanding environments.
I pride myself on being approachable and building strong relationships with supervisors, maintenance planners, and clients. I'm passionate about my role and place a high value on health and safety in everything I do.
With over 35 years of industry experience and four years at Rema Tip Top, I bring extensive knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to the team.
Throughout a long and diverse career working across mining, mills, warehousing, sales, and tank rubber lining, I have developed a strong reputation for professionalism, safety leadership, and practical industry knowledge. My experience also includes four years as a Pit Foreman at KCGM, along with roles in shot firing, sampling, and leading hand supervision.
Holding both a Restricted Quarry Manager's Ticket and Shotfirer's Ticket, I bring a wealth of operational and site experience and am highly respected for my commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality outcomes across all areas of the business.
Since joining Rema Tip Top in February 2025, I've brought with me a strong background in the conveyor and rubber lining industry, which I first entered in 2017.
I completed my Certificate III in Polymer Processing in 2019, building a solid technical foundation in the field.
My experience also includes time as a Crane Operator, where I worked closely with conveyor systems: loading and unloading belts, and supporting operations across winders and break stands. This hands-on exposure has given me a well-rounded understanding of site operations and equipment handling.
With approximately 18 years in the mining industry, I've worked across a range of roles alongside boilermakers, fitters, painters, sandblasters, and operators. This broad experience allows me to approach challenges with practical insight and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
I've also spent over a year as a Health and Safety Representative (HSR), supporting my team and helping create safer work environments, particularly for those new to the industry.
Currently, I'm working as a Service Coordinator, a role I stepped into in October 2025, where I continue to build on my operational knowledge while supporting our team and clients to achieve the best outcomes.
With over four years of experience across administration, logistics, and the mining industry, I bring a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the team.
After spending two years in the mining industry, I joined RTT Kalgoorlie as a Service Administrator, where I have worked for the past two years managing fleet coordination, site entry requirements, and supporting the day-to-day operations of both the office and warehouse.
I feel I am approachable and team-focused, placing a strong emphasis on Health and Safety, while also ensuring the company's values and standards are upheld across all areas of work.
I joined Rema Tip Top in 2022 as an Administration Assistant and have since expanded my role to include job costing and operational support.
Prior to joining the team, I spent over 10 years working in the Oil and Gas Industry in the UK, holding roles including Team Assistant to the HSE Adviser, Director of Security, and Property Office Services Manager at BP North Sea Headquarters. I also worked as the Facilities and HSE Coordinator for DNV UK before relocating to Australia and taking on the role of HSEQ & Office Manager for DNV GL in Perth.
With extensive experience in office management, health, safety, environment, and quality systems, I bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both the team and clients. I also hold a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and Lead Auditor qualifications.
I have been with Rema Tip Top for 1 year and 10 months, bringing with me 38 years of industry experience across fixed plant mechanical fitting, belt splicing, and rubber lining.
Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in fixed plant mechanical fitting, supervision, belt splicing, rubber lining, and HR driving. My background spans both hands-on fieldwork and leadership roles, giving me a well-rounded understanding of operations and site requirements.
I take pride in setting personal goals for development and success, always looking for opportunities to learn, improve, and be recognised for contributing at a high level. I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge with my colleagues and find it rewarding when others learn and grow from my experience.
Teamwork is something I strongly value: I believe a team always achieves more together than any individual can alone. Above all, I am committed to maintaining strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards in everything I do.
