Section criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance OR  equivalent skills acquired through previous roles;
  • Demonstrated experience with Pronto ERP operational modules: Financials, Projects, Supply Chain, and/or Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration, preferably Pronto Xi.
  • Previous experience in ERP projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Pronto Xi applications, including configuration, development, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, and their integration within ERP systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills for diagnosing and resolving system and user issues.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis, including SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
  • High level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Project management or coordination experience (Desirable but not essential)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will deliver high-quality administrative support to the training administration team, ensuring standards are upheld with the end to end training booking process to support the business and its associated clients and providers. About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Job Costing Officer to join the finance team. As a Job Costing Officer, you are to support the WA Operations by developing, implementing and using project control and costing systems, including information systems, according to company standards.  In this role you will also: 

  • Prepare and submit claims and invoices, including uploading to customer portals.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain timely variations to purchase orders.
  • Monitor and report on project margins and ensure all sales are captured for month-end reporting.
  • Set up and close jobs in the system in a timely manner.
  • Review and allocate costs to jobs/work orders, including consumables and overheads.
  • Monitor project budgets, analyse variances against actuals, and manage commitments.
  • Review and reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) reports and flag issues for resolution.
  • Support Area Managers and Site Coordinators with project budgets and costing.
  • Ensure project controls comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare variance reports relating to project cost, time, and resources and escalate issues where required.
  • Collect timesheets and enter data into the ERP system accurately and on time

About You 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skill
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Pronto)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant to join the Bunbury team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Bunbury branch and perform a range of office tasks related to the business unit’s area of responsibility.
