Data Entry Officer
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Data Entry Officer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data into computer systems and databases. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Accurate and Timely Data Entry: Assigned data is entered accurately and within required timeframes.
- Data Integrity and Quality Maintenance: Verify and cross-checked data to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Efficient Record Management: All records (digital and physical) are organised, up to date, and easily retrievable for audits or internal use.
- Compliance with Data Privacy Policies: Handle sensitive information with care, ensuring every action aligns with strict confidentiality, security, and data protection policies
This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

Section criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry
- Intermediate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
