Administration Assistant
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant to join the Bunbury team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Bunbury branch and perform a range of office tasks related to the business unit’s area of responsibility. Working with our current Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming orders including job creation, ordering materials, dispatching orders and invoicing.
- General office administration and reception support, including document control, filing systems, and database maintenance.
- Coordination of orders for uniforms, PPE, stock and workshop/office supplies.
- Work in Progress monitoring.
- Administrative assistance to the Branch Manager, including weekly timesheet entry and facilitating site access mobilisation for personnel and machinery.
This opportunity is offered on a part time basis working 25 hours per week with the potential to increase hours in line with business requirements. The role will be based out at our Bunbury site.

Section criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry
- Intermediate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Office including Outlook and Excel
- Experience in Pronto is desirable but not essential
- Build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
