Financial Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Asia Pacific finance team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role plays a key part in supporting financial performance, strategic decision-making, and business planning across the region.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
- Analyse financial results and provide variance analysis and insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
- Conduct investment and cost-benefit analysis
- Monitor KPIs and assist with financial performance dashboards
- Support ERP systems and finance platform improvements
This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.

About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skill
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Pronto)
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools (desirable)
