Internal Sales Administrator
About
the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Internal Sales
Administrator to join the Sales team. In this role, you will provide high level
of administrative support to the Internal Sales Team Lead, Business Development
Managers, Product Specialists, and the General Manager- Sales. Ultimately
driving sales to achieve the financial growth goals of the business and
improving customer experience.
Working with
our current Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing
internal sales processes, including sales enquiries, obtaining quotations
from suppliers, processing of sales orders/quotations, providing product
information & support to both internal and external customers. - Providing
administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily
operations. - Coordinating
communication between sales, inventory, and logistics departments.
This opportunity is offered on a full-time basis working 38
hours per week. The role will be based out at our Welshpool site.

Section
criteria:
- Previous
experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry - High
level administration, system, organisational and time management skills. - Demonstrated
computer literacy with Microsoft Office. - Excellent
communication skills to enable liaison with a variety of stakeholders with
differing requirements and expectations. - Excellent
data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. - Previous
experience with Pronto or similar ERP system (desirable but not essential) - Exceptional
customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
