Training Administrator
About
the Role:
We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join
our team. As a Training Administrator, you will deliver high-quality
administrative support to the training administration team, ensuring standards
are upheld with the end to end training booking process to support the business
and its associated clients and providers. In this role you will:
- Oversee daily training bookings operations,
allocating and prioritising workloads, coaching team members to maintain high
service and quality standards, and monitoring capacity to ensure deadlines are
met while escalating resourcing needs when required. - Coordinate end to end training bookings,
including enrolments, changes, cancellations, waitlists, and confirmations.
Work closely with trainers and stakeholders to ensure courses are effectively
scheduled and resourced, while providing learners with clear and timely course
communications. - Provide responsive and professional support to
stakeholders, resolving complex booking enquiries and escalations while
consistently meeting service level targets for turnaround time, accuracy, and
booking completion.
This
opportunity will be offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 38 hours
per week.

- Previous
experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry - Intermediate
data entry skills with strong attention to detail - Build
and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships - Strong
communication skills both orally and written - Ability
to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
