About the role

Reporting to the Procurement Lead,  your primary responsibilities will be overseeing procurement operations, including handling a high volume of purchase orders and managing vendor relationships through a thorough expediting process to meet the goals of Rema Tip Top Industrie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and document status and actions agreed
  • Undertake expediting of local and international goods and shipments to mitigate supply issues.
  • Conduct procurement activities including request for quote or tender, sourcing, market analysis, evaluations, and contracting.
  • Conduct analysis of supply chain, expenditure, operational costs and external inputs to determine options and recommendations for procurement and supply chain activity.
  • Development and continuous improvement of expediting tools, processes.
  • Manage Purchase orders and respond to stakeholder enquiries of the status
  • Providing reports, updates, and information to stakeholders on the status of shipments, goods, and inventory.
  • Understand and adapt to supply chain constraints.
  • Generate regular reports on procurement and expediting activities, vendor performance, and order tracking.
  • Providing effective problem solving and troubleshooting
  • support RTT staff relative to procurement, supply chain, sales, stores, inventory, invoices, claims and supplier queries.
  • Assisting the Procurement Lead and Commercial Manager with the development of processes and procedures.
  • Back-up duties and coverage where required of purchasing administration.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, such as expediting reports, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements related to Expediting, Supply Chain, and inventory control.
  • Effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance and provide governance to RTT procurement policies.

About You:

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes in operations heavy environments
  • Practical understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) process and commercial acumen
  • Experience in expediting delivery of purchases and associated Supplier documentation.
  • Demonstrated expediting and vendor management experience.
  • Practical experience of maintaining purchasing /expediting data in materials management systems.
  • Intermediate computer skills including recent and ongoing experience with Microsoft Excel, and Pronto or similar ERP software

  • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • High level organisational and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with mining or heavy industrial industries.
  • Experience with Global Logistics and landed cost evaluation and process.
  • Experience developing Pronto Data Intelligence reports
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or similar.

About the role

Reporting to the Cost Control Lead - National, your primary responsibilities will be tracking and analyzing the costs associated with specific projects or jobs, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with project managers and finance team to improve cost efficiency to meet the goals of Rema Tip Top Industrie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management – Preparing claims and invoicing. Uploading claims in customer portal.
  • Liaising with customer to get variations on purchase orders promptly.
  • Reporting on margins. Ensuring all sales are captured to meet month end deadlines.
  • Setting up and closing jobs promptly.
  • Reviewing and allocating costs to jobs/work orders, including all consumables and overhead expenses.
  • Ensuring budgets are recorded in jobs and analyse variances against actuals. Ensuring commitments get processed and are cleared out in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation and understanding review wip report and flag issues for addressing and write off unrecoverable WIP and labour recoveries accounts.
  • Participating with the Area Managers/Site Coordinators in relation to project budgets and costing
  • Ensuring controls for projects comply with company standards.
  • Using project control systems and procedures to ensure cost, progress and scope control on projects.
  • Establishing key performance indicators to benchmark individual and collective project performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for reductions in project cost
  • Initiating variance reports in respect of costs, time and resources.
  • Referring potential issues to the Commercial Manager.
  • Collecting all Timesheets and data entering into ERP system in a timely manner.

 

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in job costing (within the mining or construction industry is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Advanced excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Pronto)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional data entry skills
  • Able to effectively build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

About the role

This is a fixed term position for 6 months, with the potential of an extension.

The purpose of this position is to support Rema Tip Top - Industrie (RTTI) Operations through the development, implementation and maintenance of RTTI HSEQ systems/processes. This support is through ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet RTTI's internal operational requirements, legislative and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:


Quality:

  • Coordination of the company’s quality management system and documentation
  • Conducting quality investigations
  • Coordination of, and execution of the HSEQ audit schedule, ensuring compliance to the HSEQ systems and policies, as well as ISO9001 and ISO45001 frameworks and policies
  • Maintaining audit documentation and records as per legislative and internal requirements
  • Provision of audit reports to management including the Management Review
  • Assisting with the development of company safety policies and procedures & ensuring systems support compliance with workplace inspections and current regulations
  •  Review audit/non audit action requests and determine trends which is formally communicated to the management team


Work Health & Safety:

  • The provision of robust WHSE support to the organisation locally in managing health, safety and environmental (WHSE) risk as determined by operational requirements
  • Support provided as required under direction of WHSEQ Manager


 

About You:


Essential:

  • An active can-do attitude and actively supporting our stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Audit qualifications – Quality & Safety Management Systems with 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience in implementing accreditation processes from beginning to end
  • Tertiary Qualifications in HSE (Cert IV or above) with 2+ years’ experience in HSE ideally within the mining/heavy industrial service industry
  • ICAM trained
  • Demonstrable communication and relationship building skills
  • Mid-level computer literacy
  • The ability to independently prioritise tasks in an environment of competing demands
  • Demonstrable communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • High Risk Work qualifications (Working safely at heights, confined space, gas test atmospheres)
  • Chain of Responsibility (NHVS) exposure

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for REMA TIP TOP’s internal communication strategy and supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in executing external marketing campaigns. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

 

Brand and Content Management

  • Having a thorough understanding of brand management and being able to maintain consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
  •  Developing various marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and promotional content.
  •  Collaborating with an external agency to ensure the website is always up to date.
  •  Creating company literature, business cards, promotional banners
  • The creation and stock management of promotional merchandise.


Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Collaborating closely with our external digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and campaign execution
  • Managing the day-to-day social media activity and supporting the creation of engaging content for digital channels.
  • Creating quarterly and yearly marketing reports.
  • Creating social media and website content 
  • Keeping contact lists up to date.


Internal Communication

  • Developing and delivering internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Supporting change initiatives, culture-building campaigns, and employee experience programs.
  • Drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
  • The administration of employee recognition programs.
  •  SharePoint/company message board admin.
  • Supporting the Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group.
  • The general communications support for the HR team.
  • Undertaking any other duties as reasonably directed by work supervisors.


Event Management

  • Planning and coordinating internal events such as employee morning teas, charity fundraisers, awareness days, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Organising and managing external events including community fairs, expos, trade shows, sponsorship activations, and public engagement opportunities.
  •  Liaising with venues, suppliers, stakeholders, and community partners to deliver successful events.
  • Promoting events through integrated campaigns and post-event reporting.


About you


Essential:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing or equivalent 
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Able to use Canva, MailChimp and social media platforms
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Previous exposure to digital and direct response marketing 
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Demonstratable communication, computer literacy and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Happy to travel occasionally - for events and trade shows.


Desirable:

  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Experience within the mining, heavy industrial, service industry
