About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will deliver high-quality administrative support to the training administration team, ensuring standards are upheld with the end to end training booking process to support the business and its associated clients and providers. In this role you will: 

  • Oversee daily training bookings operations, allocating and prioritising workloads, coaching team members to maintain high service and quality standards, and monitoring capacity to ensure deadlines are met while escalating resourcing needs when required.
  •  Coordinate end to end training bookings, including enrolments, changes, cancellations, waitlists, and confirmations. Work closely with trainers and stakeholders to ensure courses are effectively scheduled and resourced, while providing learners with clear and timely course communications.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to stakeholders, resolving complex booking enquiries and escalations while consistently meeting service level targets for turnaround time, accuracy, and booking completion.

This opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full Time basis, working 38 Hours per fortnight.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Job Costing Officer to join the finance team. As a Job Costing Officer, you are to support the WA Operations by developing, implementing and using project control and costing systems, including information systems, according to company standards.  In this role you will also: 

  • Prepare and submit claims and invoices, including uploading to customer portals.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain timely variations to purchase orders.
  • Monitor and report on project margins and ensure all sales are captured for month-end reporting.
  • Set up and close jobs in the system in a timely manner.
  • Review and allocate costs to jobs/work orders, including consumables and overheads.
  • Monitor project budgets, analyse variances against actuals, and manage commitments.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Area Manager – Pilbara Operations to join our team. In this role, you will oversee REMA TIP TOP's operations across key client's sites in the Pilbara region, ensuring operational efficiency, strong client relationships, and the successful delivery of services. 

Operating on a FIFO roster of 4 days on / 3 days off, this position plays a critical leadership role in managing multiple operational teams while driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across sites.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Overseeing daily operations across assigned areas to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives and contractual requirements. 
  • Providing strong safety leadership by ensuring compliance with Rema Tip Top policies, procedures, and client safety systems across all locations. 
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Coordinators, Supervisors, and operational personnel to drive high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Section Criteria – Essential 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational management or leadership role, within mining, industrial services, maintenance, construction, or a similarly regulated environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and operational teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across multiple sites or work fronts. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, and internal support teams.

Section criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry
  • High level administration, system, organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills to enable liaison with a variety of stakeholders with differing requirements and expectations.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience with Pronto or similar ERP system (desirable but not essential)
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

About the role

The ERP Specialist will act as lead administrator and support for the Pronto Xi ERP system, providing system administration, operational support, and subject-matter expertise across key modules. This role drives process improvements, supports business projects, develops user documentation and training materials. 

We are open to applications from Sydney, Newcastle, Perth and Brisbane and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the wider business systems, including but not limited to, being the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi)
  • ERP System support and administration
  • Participating as SME in business projects
  • Driving forward process improvements
  • Project administration, documentation, assisting with development of guided work instructions and process flows for users and the business.
  • Ensuring that key stakeholders are informed on progress providing regular updates
  • Enhancing training material and process documents to benefit users and the business
  • Utilisation of technology to improve processes and systems
  • Remote assistance, VC and Remote IT support

  
About You:

Essential:

  • ERP application experience, including system development and support experience
  • 5+ years experience with Pronto ERP operational modules such as maintenance, financial, supply chain or project modules.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with users and staff at all level.
  • Ability to operate independently with efficiency and accuracy to meet deadlines and set a standard for all users of the Pronto ERP system.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude in problem solving and issue resolution.

Desirable:
