About the role

The purpose of this position is to streamline the Sales process, providing a high level of administrative support to the Internal Sales Team Lead, Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and the General Manager- Sales. Ultimately driving sales to achieve the financial growth goals of the business and improving customer experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:


  • Managing internal sales processes, including sales enquiries, obtaining quotations from suppliers, processing of sales orders/quotations, providing product information & support to both internal and external customers.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinating communication between sales, inventory, and logistics departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer information, and order status.
  • Preparing and generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Handling customer follow-ups and resolve any issues or complaints related to sales orders.
  • Assisting with inventory management, processing stock transfers and purchase requisitions to ensure products are available for customer orders.
  • Supporting the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Escalating leads to the relevant Business Development Manager and or Product specialist.
  • Ensuring all internal documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required by the team.

Essential

  • Experience working in internal sales 
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • High level administration, system, organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills to enable liaison with a variety of stakeholders with differing requirements and expectations.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.


Desirable

  • Exposure to Pronto or similar ERP system
  • Experience working in the mining industry.

About the role

The ERP Specialist will act as lead administrator and support for the Pronto Xi ERP system, providing system administration, operational support, and subject-matter expertise across key modules. This role drives process improvements, supports business projects, develops user documentation and training materials.

  • Supporting the wider business systems, including but not limited to, being the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi)

About You:

Essential:

  • ERP application experience, including system development and support experience
  • 5+ years experience with Pronto ERP operational modules such as maintenance, financial, supply chain or project modules.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with users and staff at all level.
  • Ability to operate independently with efficiency and accuracy to meet deadlines and set a standard for all users of the Pronto ERP system.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude in problem solving and issue resolution.

The HR Advisor plays an important role in supporting the Human Resources function by providing comprehensive advice, guidance, and support to employees and managers across a range of HR matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end white collar recruitment processes Australia wide, including posting job ads, scheduling and conducting screening calls and interviews as well as preparing employment contracts.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees.
  • Support and conduct workplace investigations into grievances, misconduct, bullying and harassment, or other complaints in accordance with company policies and the principles of procedural fairness.

About You:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR/Recruitment specific environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or Management or a similar field OR significant relevant work experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all level.
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail 

Desirable:  

  • Experience working in mining, manufacturing or a similar environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Procurement Lead,  your primary responsibilities will be overseeing procurement operations, including handling a high volume of purchase orders and managing vendor relationships through a thorough expediting process to meet the goals of Rema Tip Top Industrie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and document status and actions agreed
  • Undertake expediting of local and international goods and shipments to mitigate supply issues.
  • Conduct procurement activities including request for quote or tender, sourcing, market analysis, evaluations, and contracting.
  • Conduct analysis of supply chain, expenditure, operational costs and external inputs to determine options and recommendations for procurement and supply chain activity.
  • Development and continuous improvement of expediting tools, processes.
  • Manage Purchase orders and respond to stakeholder enquiries of the status
  • Providing reports, updates, and information to stakeholders on the status of shipments, goods, and inventory.
  • Understand and adapt to supply chain constraints.
  • Generate regular reports on procurement and expediting activities, vendor performance, and order tracking.
  • Providing effective problem solving and troubleshooting
  • support RTT staff relative to procurement, supply chain, sales, stores, inventory, invoices, claims and supplier queries.
  • Assisting the Procurement Lead and Commercial Manager with the development of processes and procedures.
  • Back-up duties and coverage where required of purchasing administration.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, such as expediting reports, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements related to Expediting, Supply Chain, and inventory control.
  • Effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance and provide governance to RTT procurement policies.

About You:

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes in operations heavy environments
  • Practical understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) process and commercial acumen
  • Experience in expediting delivery of purchases and associated Supplier documentation.
  • Demonstrated expediting and vendor management experience.
  • Practical experience of maintaining purchasing /expediting data in materials management systems.
  • Intermediate computer skills including recent and ongoing experience with Microsoft Excel, and Pronto or similar ERP software

  • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • High level organisational and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with mining or heavy industrial industries.
  • Experience with Global Logistics and landed cost evaluation and process.
  • Experience developing Pronto Data Intelligence reports
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or similar.
