Work Integrated Learning Australia Pty Ltd (WILA) trading as REMA TIP TOP Academy is a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO 40804) that is equipping the next generation of tradespeople with the skills, experience & qualifications they need to make a successful career in our industry.
RTT Academy facilitates a number of nationally recognised qualifications for apprentices & trainees, & conducts recognised prior learning (RPL) processes to provide our workforce with the qualifications they deserve depending on their level of skill and experience.
Personal development & further education is also encouraged & facilitated through both our training & human resources departments & includes frontline leadership, business traineeships & training courses for functional staff.

Work Integrated Learning Australia Pty Ltd (WILA) was incorporated into the REMA TIP TOP group of companies in Nov 2014, supporting the REMA TIP TOP founder’s vision that professional technical training should be made available to everyone.
Our founder’s commitment to training and development was such that they left their personal wealth to the city of Munich in order to setup a training foundation.
This foundation has now trained thousands of people, all over the world.
