Our Capability

REMA TIP TOP conveyor pulleys are manufactured and refurbished to Australian Standards using high quality materials and components to provide lasting service and reliability. REMA TIP TOP engineers, manufactures and refurbishes a range of conveyor pulleys for light through to heavy duty applications. Our capability includes:

  • Diameters up to 3200 mm
  • Belt widths up to 3500 mm
  • Supply of high quality bearing kits for all pulleys (i.e. FAG, SKF, Schaeffler, NSK)
  • OEM for Rubber, Ceramic and Polyurethane lagging REMAGRIP™ and UNIGRIP™
  • FRAS accredited lagging option available on request
  • Specialised lagging products for acid resistance, oil resistance, fire resistance, static conductive properties and more
  • Status reports, refurbishment reports and recommendations on existing pulleys
  • All pulleys are manufactured and compliant to all Australian Standards and customer requirements
  • QA reporting and Manufacturers Data Report (MDR) documentation
  • Site pulley audits upon request, conducted by experienced engineers
