Product Information

Properties

  • Designed for a standard range of belt widths between 450 mm and 2400 mm
  • Manufactured using tube or angle iron main structural sections
  • Supplied as galvanised or standard painted (special paint systems available for corrosive environments)
  • Idlers are designed to accommodate the operational loading characteristics of the conveyor where the cross member is designed to ensure that the loading and deflection limits are met

Available Configurations

  • 1, 2, 3 or 5 roll configuration
  • Inline
  • Top mounted (belt line above mounting structure) or underslung (belt line below mounting structure)
  • Custom configurations available upon request
